This training is based on the principles of Nonviolent Communication (also known as NVC) developed by Marshall Rosenberg. Learn more about NVC at www.CNVC.org and www.NonviolentCommunication.com.

Instruction in Unity beliefs is not a part of this training. We are grateful to Unity of Arlington for its financial support that ensures our ability to offer these classes tuition-free.  We will designate a place in every classroom space for those who would enjoy donating to Unity of Arlington in support of free, ongoing Compassionate Communication training on its campus.

Texas kids, families, and communities need health care!

Texas Well and Healthy
On March 5, join us at the Capitol to let lawmakers know
Texas
kids, families, and communities need health care!

This year, our Texas legislature will make decisions about health care for millions of Texas kids and families. This includes whether Texas will restore funding cut from the health care budget in 2011 and whether our state will opt for a Medicaid solution to cover an estimated 1.4 million uninsured, low-income Texans under health reform. Families across Texas, need your energy, your voice, and your passion, so please register to be a part of this event!

We will invite our neighbors to join us as we stand up for what's right at the State Capitol on Texas Medicaid Matters Advocacy Day that is scheduled for March 5.

Together we can send a clear message with united voices to expand Medicaid.

It's the right thing for Texas families.
